Terms of sale and use

Plain-English terms for buying and using Beyond 72 Hours. Last updated: 3 November 2026.

Safety first

If life is in danger, call 112 or 999. This guide never replaces the emergency services.

1. Who we are

Beyond 72 Hours (Ireland & UK Edition) is written and published by Moximind Press ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@beyond72hours.com for support or hello@beyond72hours.com for anything else.

2. Who you buy from

Orders are taken and paid for through Hotmart, which acts as the seller of record and processes your payment, VAT and receipt. Hotmart's own terms and privacy notice apply to the checkout. We are the author and licensor of the guide and its extras.

3. What you are buying

You are buying digital products: the 31-page A4 PDF guide and any extras, add-ons or bundles shown on the product page or at checkout. Files are delivered by download or email straight after payment. Nothing is posted to you.

4. Prices, offers and bundles

Prices are shown at checkout in euro or pound sterling. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We may change prices for future orders at any time, but never for an order you have already completed.

Each product in an order, including products in a bundle, is covered by sections 5 and 6.

5. Digital content and your right to cancel

In Ireland and the UK you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Because your files are available immediately, checkout asks you to agree that you want the download to start straight away and that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once it begins. This is permitted for digital content under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (as applied in Ireland) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

That does not affect your legal rights if a file is faulty, missing or not as described. See our cancellation policy for how to ask for a fix or a refund.

6. Your licence to use the guide

When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the guide for your own household. You may:

You may not resell, share publicly, post online, upload to file-sharing sites, or distribute the guide or extras to anyone outside your household. You may not use it in a commercial training course or product without our written permission. All copyright and other rights remain with Moximind Press.

7. Information, not advice

Beyond 72 Hours is independent general guidance for households. It is not a government publication and is not medical, legal, financial or engineering advice. We work hard to keep numbers, services and official links correct, but things change. Where this guide differs from official advice, follow the official source.

Spotted a mistake? Tell us at corrections@beyond72hours.com and we will correct it.

8. Free resources

The free emergency numbers and kit list at live.beyond72hours.com are provided as they are, with the same limits as in section 7, and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

9. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach, or for business losses, since the guide is sold for household use only. Our total liability for any claim relating to the guide is limited to the price you paid for it.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy notice. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties. Privacy requests go to privacy@beyond72hours.com.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the law or the product changes. The version in force when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase. The date at the top shows the latest update.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Please contact us first at support@beyond72hours.com; most problems are quickly solved.
